Refund & Cancellation Policy

AdGuru is operated by World of Willpower Private Limited (trading through its division, WIN Legal Advisors), a company incorporated in India. These particulars are published under Rule 26 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 and Rule 4 of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your workspace stays available until then.

Refunds

Subscription charges already invoiced for a completed billing period are generally non-refundable. Where a charge is raised in error, or a payment is duplicated, we refund it to the original payment method. Requests are handled within the timeline published in the Grievance Policy.

Advertising spend

Advertising spend is charged to you by Google, Meta or LinkedIn inside your own connected accounts. We never hold or refund advertising spend; refunds for it are governed by those platforms.

Taxes

GST charged on a refunded invoice is adjusted in line with applicable tax rules and shown on a credit note.
